Catherine Woodward Gill

Catherine Woodward Gill has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the legal and business advisory fields. Catherine is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Redgrave LLP since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Advisor at Castle Advisory Group LLC starting from February 2023. From October 2018 to August 2022, they held the position of Global Chief Operating Officer at Hausfeld. Before that, they worked at Goodwin Procter LLP, where they served as the Chief Practice Management Officer - Litigation from June 2006 to March 2018 and as the Practice Manager - Real Estate from May 2005 to May 2006. Earlier in their career, they served as General Counsel at Aprisma Management Technologies from March 2000 to March 2001 and as Senior Counsel at Raytheon from October 1997 to March 2000. Catherine started their career as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in October 1989 and remained until September 1997.

Catherine Woodward Gill has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development from Colby College.
