Johnna Hinton O’Neal

Johnna Hinton O’Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and management within educational and community contexts. Currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator at The Link Group since August 2018, Johnna has previously held roles such as Project Coordinator and Project Manager for students at Crosspointe Church from February 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities included developing programs for middle and high school students. Prior experience includes acting as Youth Director at the YMCA of the Triangle, managing afterschool programs and community events, and serving as Assistant to the Children's Pastor at Crosspointe Church, focusing on training and community engagement. Johnna also held a Site Director position at the YMCA and worked as a Speaking Center Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, assisting students with public speaking skills. Johnna holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
