Victoria Redgrave

Victoria Redgrave has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Victoria is currently the Managing Partner and Chair of the Executive Committee at Redgrave LLP, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Of Counsel at Redgrave LLP from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Redgrave LLP, Victoria was the President and CEO of Redgrave Education & Training Inc. starting in May 2017. Victoria also gained experience at Juul Labs as an Associate General Counsel for Litigation, eDiscovery, & Information Governance from November 2020 to June 2021.

Victoria also worked as a Senior Counsel at Cummins, Inc. from April 2005 to August 2006 and began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from September 1993 to June 2000.
