Ziqian Sun

Ziqian SUN is a skilled software quality engineer with extensive experience in Quality Assurance across multiple organizations. Currently, Ziqian serves as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Red Hat since July 2016, after progressing through roles as Quality Engineer and Associate Quality Engineer. Involvement with the Fedora Project as a contributor since January 2013 includes maintaining the LXQt desktop and orchestrating events in China to promote Fedora. Previously, Ziqian held the position of Technical Lead for Solaris Desktop Quality Engineering at Oracle from July 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included leading quality assurance strategies. Early career experiences include an internship at Red Hat in 2012 and development work at PHPChina.com. Ziqian holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applied Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, both from Shandong Agricultural University.
