Carolyn Schmidt

Carolyn Schmidt is a seasoned professional in asset management and finance, currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at REDICO since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn was Manager of Portfolio Finance at EQ Office from September 2016 to September 2022, and held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in Asset Management at InvenTrust Properties Corp. from May 2013 to September 2016. Carolyn's career began as a Finance & Management Consultant at Christopher Thomas Construction and included a role in Brokerage at Savills, previously known as Studley. Carolyn also gained experience in Agency Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield. Academically, Carolyn holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
