Allen Kobayashi

Allen Kobayashi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Allen most recently served as the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations at Redis starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Airtable as the VP of GTM Strategy & Rev-Ops from 2020 to 2022, where they successfully supported the company's significant growth and valuation increase. In 2019, they were the VP of Revenue Operations at InVision. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of VP of WW Sales Strategy & Operations at AppDynamics, responsible for overseeing a large sales team and driving sales strategy and planning. Before that, they worked at Medallia as the VP/Sr.Dir/Dir Sales Operations, contributing to the company's substantial revenue growth and expansion. Allen also had roles at Medtronic as a Global Sales Operations Director and Finance Manager, as well as at Intel as a Sr. Business Analyst.

Allen Kobayashi completed their MBA in Technology & Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
