Anish Kataria

Anish Kataria has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anish began their career as a Research Executive at Feedback Business Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in 2010. Anish then joined CEB, where they held various roles including Associate, Senior Associate, Analyst, and Senior Analyst. During their time at CEB, they successfully completed consulting engagements, marketed diagnostic services, and launched a self-serve HR benchmarking platform.

In 2015, Anish joined Snapdeal as a Category Manager for the Computers Vertical and later took on the role of Category Head for the Small Appliances Vertical. Anish was responsible for P&L ownership, product management, and overseeing omnichannel fulfillment and supply chain. Anish achieved significant growth and improvements in customer satisfaction during their time at Snapdeal.

Anish then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant in 2019. Anish worked at BCG for two years, providing consulting services to various clients.

In 2021, Anish joined Five9 as a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for growth strategy, product strategy and roadmap, international expansion strategy, and competitive landscape analysis. Anish also played a key role in M&A activities.

Following their role at Five9, Anish worked at Turing as the Head of Fulfillment for Mobile, Data/AI, Cloud, and other tech stacks. Anish'sresponsibilities included heading fulfillment strategy and operations, overseeing team management, and collaborating with the product team on new product features.

Most recently, Anish has taken on the role of Director of Strategy and Operations at Redis, starting in 2023.

Anish Kataria completed a Daytime MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in the years 2017-2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2006-2010. Additionally, they attended Delhi Public School - R.K. Puram from 1991-2005, although their degree and field of study are not specified.
