Courtney Alvey

Courtney Alvey is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter at Redis, having joined the company in December 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Vaco from August 2013 to December 2021, where Courtney progressed from Technical Sourcer to Associate Director of IT. Additional roles include Scholarship and Grant Program Manager at ISTS, Inc., and Sports Program Coordinator at YMCA of East Tennessee. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Studio Art - Painting and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where coursework was completed from 2007 to 2010, as well as studies at Samford University from 2005 to 2007.
