Ivan Atanassov

Ivan Atanassov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ivan most recently worked at Redis as Country Lead and Director of Engineering in Bulgaria. Prior to that, they held various roles at Uber, including Site Lead and Head of Engineering in Sofia, and Senior Engineering Manager. At Uber, Ivan was responsible for leading a team of engineers and other professionals, managing engineering projects, and implementing cultural and organizational transformations. Before their time at Uber, they worked at SAP as a Development Manager and Team Lead, where they led software development teams, oversaw hiring and people development initiatives, and contributed to educational and hiring pipeline generation.
