Justin Lachesky

Justin Lachesky has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and threat detection. Justin is currently working as a Principal Threat Detection & Response Engineer at Redis, where they are responsible for developing and executing an effective threat detection and incident response program. Prior to this, Justin served as a Technical Team Lead at Silicon Valley Bank, where they focused on improving defensive posture and mitigating cybersecurity threats. Justin also held various roles at Equifax, including Equifax Fellow and Technical Lead in Cyber Detection & Response. Justin's earlier experience includes working as a Lead Analyst and Manager of Security Intelligence at Leidos and Lockheed Martin. Justin started their career as an Enterprise Applications Project Manager at Allstate and an IT Project Manager Intern at Autodesk. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in enhancing security outcomes, developing defensive capabilities, and mitigating risks in the ever-changing threat landscape.

Justin Lachesky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University (2004-2008). Justin later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the same university (2007-2008). Additionally, they obtained a Masters Certification in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University (2009-2012).
