Katherine Olecki has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Katherine began their career in 2015 as a Corps Member at Teach For America, where they gained valuable teaching experience. In 2015, they joined Chicago Public Schools as a Teacher. In 2017, Katherine transitioned into the field of Customer Success, starting as a Customer Success Manager at Albert | Learn By Doing. Over the years, they excelled in their role and took on more responsibilities, ultimately becoming the Director of Customer Success. In 2022, they joined Redis, initially as a Manager for Customer Success Operations and later transitioning to the role of Director of Global Customer Success Management.
