Currently serving as Chief Security Officer and VP of IT at Redis Labs since November 2019, Ronald has previously held significant positions such as CISO Advisory at Dell, where strategic guidance was provided to multiple boards, and Head of IT Security & Compliance at Philips Lighting, where risk management and compliance strategies were developed for Lumileds. With a robust background that includes roles at Spansion, General Dynamics, Adobe Systems, Palantir Technologies, and Lockheed Martin, Ronald has a proven track record in establishing security protocols, managing IT projects, and ensuring compliance with government security requirements.
