Erin Delaney

Erin Delaney is the current Head of Design at Redivis. Prior to this, they were a co-founder at BLINKY.SHOES, where they ran a 400% funded Kickstarter campaign for wearable LED hardware. Erin also directed the engineering, design, and manufacturing team for subsequent under-budget product fulfillment. From January 2015 to May 2016, Erin was the Design Lead at Glass Attitudes where they conceptualized, designed, and constructed art pieces for individual and wholesale clients. Erin also designed and implemented the website, developed the brand, and made visual identity assets. Furthermore, Erin drove business and product strategy, as well as art direction for large installations. From July 2014 to May 2019, Erin was the Founder of Westward Herbal Products where they built an online distribution company for healthcare products from the ground up. This included designing, implementing, and maintaining an e-commerce website and fulfillment pipeline. During their time at Westward Herbal Products, Erin generated over $500,000 in sales. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Erin worked as a Major Account Manager at Wei Laboratories from April 2011 to June 2014. Erin also has experience as a Teaching Assistant & Section Leader at Stanford University from March 2010 to May 2010.

Erin Delaney received a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
