Jennifer Ciresi

Jennifer Ciresi has extensive experience in the legal field. Jennifer is currently working as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Redmile Group. Prior to that, they worked at Jordan Park Group as a Partner and General Counsel from 2018 to 2022. Jennifer also held the position of Principal and Deputy General Counsel at Hall Capital Partners LLC from 2015 to 2018. Jennifer has international experience as well, serving as the Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Compliance Officer - Asia at Pine River Capital Management L.P. from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer started their legal career as an Associate at Robins Kaplan LLP from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Jennifer has teaching experience as an Attorney Legal Writing Instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer has also worked as a Law Clerk at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey and as an Analyst at Lazard Middle Market. Jennifer began their legal journey as an Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice in 1998.

Jennifer Ciresi obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. During the academic year 1998-1999, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Seville in Spain, where they focused on Economics, Literature, and History. Subsequently, Jennifer attended the University of Minnesota Law School from 2004 to 2007, earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Jennifer became a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association in October 2007 and later obtained admission to practice by the State Bar of California in December 2019.
