Teresa Rice

Computationnal Research Associate at Redona Therapeutics

Teresa Rice has worked in various roles in the biotechnology and medical fields since 2016. Teresa began their career as an Intern at Yale DNA Diagnostics Lab, where they processed and analyzed samples to aid in diagnosis and treatment of patients. Teresa then moved to Massachusetts General Hospital as a Medical Technologist, where they processed, analyzed, and created reports for clinical trial samples of MATCH. Teresa also performed qPCR experiments and maintained laboratory equipment. In 2018, Rice began working as a Research Associate at Mitobridge, Inc. In 2020, Rice began working as a Bioinformatics Intern at Boston University, where they determined modules of gene co-expression that are reproducible across different datasets profiling endobronchial biopsies. Teresa is currently working as a Computational Research Associate at Redona Therapeutics (formerly Twentyeight-Seven).

Teresa Rice attended the University of Connecticut from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Diagnostic Genetic Sciences degree in the field of Molecular Diagnostics. Teresa then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Boston University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
