Karin Rääs

Karin Rääs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Most recently, they worked as a Java Developer at Redpill Linpro, a company focused on building the Nordic digital society. Prior to that, they served as an Application Developer at TECHNIA for three years. In this role, they gained valuable experience in developing applications.

Before joining TECHNIA, Karin worked at Telia Company as an Escalation Manager. In this role, they were responsible for communicating and coordinating with technicians and stakeholders, ensuring progress and providing status updates on ongoing situations. Additionally, they updated the internal error report system with new information.

Karin also has experience in customer service. Karin worked as a Shop Assistant at Martina Italienska Delikatesser, where they improved the company's web-shop, stocked products, provided service and advice to customers, and worked at the register. Prior to that, they worked as a Waitress at McDonald's, where they provided quick and accurate service, worked in the drive-through, and maintained cleanliness and hygiene.

Karin Rääs has a Bachelor of information systems from Karlstad University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Karlstad University, they pursued the Study Programme in IT-Design: Information Systems Design. In 2018, Karin also engaged in a course on Databases 2 at Uppsala University. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they studied Human-Computer interaction at Uppsala University. Karin completed their high school education at Lundellska skolan, where they obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Social sciences specialization on media from 2010 to 2013.

Furthermore, Karin has an additional certification from Technia Consultancy obtained in August 2019 through Dale Carnegie Training.
