Trygve Vea

Trygve Vea has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Trygve started their career in 2002 as an Apprentice in ICT-Operations at Sykehuset Innlandet, where they gained experience in end user support and client equipment maintenance. After completing their apprenticeship and earning the title of Journeyman of ICT Operations, Trygve continued working at Sykehuset Innlandet as an IT Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a monitoring solution based on Nagios and worked with maintenance and operations of terminal server solutions. Trygve also established routines to keep servers and clients updated with Windows Server Update Services.

In 2009, Trygve joined Redpill Linpro as a Systems Consultant, where they focused on high availability and clustering solutions. Their work included operative sysadmin tasks, architecture, and implementation. Trygve served as the primary technical contact for several highprofile customers. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior Systems Consultant, where their responsibilities remained the same. In 2014, Trygve became the Team Lead for Virtualization and HPC Computing at Redpill Linpro.

Throughout their career, Trygve has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and a focus on providing high-quality services to their clients.

Trygve Vea has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2001, they attended IT-Akademiet in Haugesund and obtained a degree in IT-Kandidat. In 2002, they enrolled at Ankerskogen Videregående Skole and completed GK Salg og Service degree as well as VK1 IKT Driftsfag degree.

Additionally, Trygve Vea holds several certifications. Trygve obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2019. Trygve also achieved the Red Hat Certified Engineer and Red Hat Certified System Administrator certifications in October 2012. However, the institutions where they obtained the latter two certifications are unspecified.
