Tiffany Yan

Tiffany (Fengxia) Yan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Director at Redpoint Ventures since June 2019. Prior to this role, Tiffany was a Senior Associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm from July 2014 to May 2019, specializing in private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Tiffany also held the position of PRC Legal Consultant at Kaye Scholer LLP between December 2011 and June 2014, and completed legal internships at CMS, China, and Siemens Ltd., China. Tiffany earned an LL.M. in International Economic Law and an LL.B. in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
