Matt Grayson

Matt Grayson's work experience begins in 1999 at Insight Marketing & Communications, where they worked as an Account Manager for leading PR and marketing agency, managing clients such as Elcom.com, Actional, and Resolvenet. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Senior Account Manager at McCann Erickson. In 2003, they joined Birmingham Midshires/Bank of Scotland/TMB part of HBOS as the Head of Public Relations, overseeing proactive and crisis communications for the HBOS intermediary specialist lending brands and Birmingham Midshires' consumer savings brand until 2007. Starting from 2007, they worked at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club as the Head of Marketing & Communications and Director of Wolves Community Trust/Wolves Museum until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Group Customer & Marketing Director at Redrow Homes since July 2019.

Matt Grayson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Staffordshire University, with a 2:1 grade, from 1995 to 1999. Matt then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Aston University Business School, specializing in Business Administration, from 2003 to 2006.
