Rich Muller

Rich Muller has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1992, they worked at Compute-Rx, Inc. as a Programmer, where they developed and maintained code for the Compute-Rx Inpatient Pharmacy System. Rich then became a Programming Analyst, designing and coding software enhancements for the Compute-Rx Long-Term Care pharmacy system. From 1995 to 1998, Rich served as the Director of Product Development at Compute-Rx, managing a team and implementing strategies to improve support and development processes.

In 1998, Rich joined QS/1, first as the General Manager of the Richmond Development Center. During their tenure, they led a team responsible for the development, testing, implementation, and support of the CRx product line. Rich also played a key role in reorganizing the internal structure and creating a quality assurance department. In 2001, Rich became the Industry Analyst Manager, where they shaped the roadmap for all QS/1 products and learned about the impact of HIPAA regulations.

From 2004 to 2012, Rich held various roles at QS/1, including National Sales Manager, Chain Market, and Senior Sales Manager. Rich was responsible for leading sales teams, providing training on QS/1 products, and overseeing marketing and trade show logistics. QS/1 achieved its highest sales under their guidance.

In 2012, Rich became the Director of Regional Operations and Training, where they managed employees implementing QS/1 products. Rich developed standardized certifications, analyzed customer data, and optimized field office locations. In 2017, they transitioned to become the Senior Director of Customer Support Operations, refining metrics, implementing reporting systems, and reorganizing the department to enhance product training for employees and customers.

In 2018, Rich joined RedSail Technologies, (integra QS/1) as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Product Management. Rich oversaw product management for the pharmacy division until 2022 when they were promoted to Vice President of Product Management at RedSail Technologies, LLC. Rich continues to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Rich Muller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Later, they pursued further education at the Darla Moore School of Business, where they obtained an MBA in Business between 2008 and 2010.
