Rita Watson has a diverse work experience in technical writing. Rita started their career in 2010 as a Senior Technical Writer/Editor at Trimble Navigation and Juniper Networks. At Juniper Networks, they developed content for network security applications and updated technical documents for Carrier Ethernet Transport solutions. Rita then worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Finisar Corporation for a short period.

In 2011, Rita started their own business, Rita Kennedy Technical Writing Services, and worked as a Senior Contract Technical Writer. During this time, they focused on writing user-friendly and customer-centric documentation for various clients.

Rita then worked at Dell Technologies as a Senior Technical Writer on a contract basis.
