Valery Kreidenko

Valery Kreidenko has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 25 years.

Valery currently works at RedSeal, Inc. as the Director of Software Engineering (Backend). In this role, they lead backend engineering for both the company's legacy on-prem product and the recently launched Stratus SaaS service. Valery is also responsible for launching a horizontal backend chapter and architectural council to enhance technical alignment and address technical debt. Additionally, they lead the Lean-Agile transformation of multi-site scrum teams to Agile@Scale through SAFe implementation.

Prior to RedSeal, Valery worked at F5 for 12 years. Valery served as the Sr. Manager of Engineering for F5 Cloud Services and was responsible for managing engineering teams. Valery also held the role of Manager Product Development in different areas such as MANOVA, ECM, and BigIQ AVR. Valery led cross-functional teams, developed backend solutions, and provided technical leadership during their time at F5.

Before F5, Valery worked at Cisco as a Technical Leader, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of the collection management and reporting components of the Cisco SCE application. Valery also collaborated with overseas teams on cross-site projects.

Valery's work experience also includes roles at Veritas Technologies LLC as a Sr. Software Engineer, at Ofek 324 Unit - IAF as a Software Engineer and Team Lead, at Taskir Surveys and Research Ltd. as a Part-time Software Developer, at Egged Israel Transport Cooperative Society Ltd as a Student part-time Software Developer, and at HoloOr as a Student part-time Software Developer.

Throughout their career, Valery has demonstrated expertise in backend engineering, software development, team leadership, and Agile transformations.

Valery Kreidenko obtained a B.A. degree in Computer Sciences + Management from Tel Aviv University from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2020 to 2023, Valery pursued a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree in Data Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Valery holds various certifications, including CS 498: Data Visualization, CS 412: Introduction to Data Mining, Cloud Computing Applications, Software Security, and Malicious Software and its Underground Economy: Two Sides to Every Story, all obtained through Coursera Verified Certificates. Valery also has certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer and a Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer, both received from Scaled Agile, Inc.
