Darryl Robinson

Darryl Robinson is the CFO & COO at RedShield Security. Darryl has over fifteen years of experience in finance and has held several senior positions at global companies.

Most recently, Darryl was the Chief Financial Officer at Vend from May 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of financial management, including board reporting, cash management, external reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, management accounting, shared services, business partnering, treasury, tax, supply chain/ commercial and projects.

Prior to their role at Vend, Darryl was the General Manager Group Finance at Xero from October 2013 to May 2016. During their time at Xero, the company continued to grow significantly, providing Darryl with the opportunity to build a mature finance function, work closely with leaders from across the business on performance and strategic matters, be part of material projects (such as capital raises and business development initiatives), develop reporting, drive system and process improvements and a range of other activities associated with a fast growing global entity.

Before joining Xero, Darryl worked at Air New Zealand for nine years in a variety of finance roles, including Commercial Projects and International Tax Manager.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) in New Zealand and Australia.

Darryl Robinson reports to Andy Prow, CEO, Co-Founder. They work with Graeme Neilson - Chief Research Officer, Scott Fletcher - National Director, Australia, and James Carrigan - Chief Revenue Officer.
