Michelle Allen has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Michelle began their career at Instinct Entertainment as a Junior Developer and Support Team Member. In this role, they were responsible for answering customer questions, debugging and fixing software problems, and identifying and confirming problems within the core software. Michelle then progressed to Support Manager, where they were responsible for creating and managing a premium support process and other support staff.
In 2012, they joined RedShield as a Global Product & Delivery Manager. Michelle then moved into a Global Service Delivery Manager role, where they were responsible for the global facilitation of RedShield customer deployments and operational activities. This included the review, development, and maintenance of internal business processes. Michelle was also the Programme Manager for RedShield's TaaS programme. Lastly, they held the role of Operations Manager, where they managed RedShield's Development and Operations teams, as well as Release Management and Planning, Triaging and Prioritisation of Development tasks, Business process Intergration, and Facilitation and Development of Service Delivery processes and customer onboarding.
Michelle Allen attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Graphic Design. In February 2015, they obtained a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from CC Learning.
