Kristin Kroeger has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Kristin began their career at Redstone American Grill in 2006, starting as a Server Trainer and eventually becoming a Front of House Manager. In 2014, they joined Blue Plate Restaurant Company as a General Manager and stayed until 2016. Kristin then returned to Redstone American Grill, where they held positions such as General Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Operations starting in March 2022.
Kristin Kroeger attended St. Catherine University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications.
