Joshua White

Joshua White is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Redstone American Grill since May 2018, Joshua previously held the same position at Boulevard Five 72 from September 2009 to April 2018. Joshua's career also includes roles as Director of Outlets at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from January 2006 to June 2009, and Banquet Manager/Food and Beverage Supervisor at Holiday Inn, Somerset, NJ from January 2004 to January 2006. Earlier experience includes positions as Line Cook and Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sheraton Edison Hotel from June 2000 to November 2003. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Management from New England Culinary Institute and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts Management from Middlesex College.
