Kathleen Carpo-Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kathleen began their career in 2016 as a Stand Lead/Head Cashier at Legends. Kathleen then worked as a Packager at Nadege Patisserie Ltd. in 2017, and as a Cashier/Counter Attendant at Kid Lee from 2018 to 2019.
In 2020, they joined LCBO as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until November 2021. During their time at LCBO, they also had a brief stint as a Customer Service Representative from November to December 2020.
From 2014 to 2022, Kathleen worked at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment) as a Concessions Attendant. Kathleen'sresponsibilities included serving customers and managing concessions.
In 2021, Kathleen joined Air Canada Vacations as a Call Center Agent and worked there until December 2022.
Most recently, Kathleen joined Redstone Agency Inc. in January 2023 as an Account Coordinator.
Kathleen Carpo-Garcia completed their education with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from George Brown College, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber, graduating between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the TICO Education Standards Travel Counsellor Certification from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. In 2011, they obtained the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario. In 2019, Kathleen earned the BASICS.fst 4th Edition - Food Safety Certification from TrainCan, Inc. Moreover, they also hold a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from Workplace Medical Corp, obtained in 2019.
