Senior Information Systems Security Engineer at RedTrace Technologies

Norris Arceneaux has extensive experience in Information Systems Security Engineering and Cybersecurity. Norris has worked for various organizations, including RedTrace Technologies, AXIS Management Group, Ingersoll Consulting Inc., Truebest Enterprise Solutions, Loch Harbour Group, BAE Systems Information Technology, and the US Army.

At RedTrace Technologies, Norris served as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer, supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Norris managed and supported the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) processes for a portfolio of Information Systems, enclaves, and applications.

During their time at AXIS Management Group, Norris held two roles. As a Project Manager, they oversaw all Assessment and Accreditation contractor support activities for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Department of Treasury. In their second role as a Security Control Assessment Team Lead, they led a team in performing security assessment and authorization tasks for numerous Federal information systems.

At Ingersoll Consulting Inc., Norris served as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer, supporting the FBI. Norris'sresponsibilities included managing and supporting the RMF and FISMA processes for a portfolio of Information Systems, enclaves, and applications.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Truebest Enterprise Solutions, Norris managed and supported the RMF and DIACAP processes for all Information Systems, enclaves, and applications under the Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

At Loch Harbour Group, Norris managed and supported the DIACAP process for all Information Systems, enclaves, and applications under the DLA Stakeholders.

Prior to their civilian career, Norris served in the US Army in various roles. Norris was a Network Enterprise Support Team Operations Manager, where they directed a team responsible for command and control of Network Enterprise Centers at multiple Army installations. Norris also served as a Systems Integration and Intelligence Warfare Officer, leading a team in implementing and maintaining networks and information security for the 4th Infantry Division.

Before that, Norris was a Satellite Communications Operations Manager in the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), where they planned and coordinated the installation, operation, and maintenance of SATCOM systems. Norris also held the position of Battalion COMSEC Manager in the 39th Signal Battalion.

Norris holds a CISSP certification and has experience in supporting various cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including RMF, FISMA, DIACAP, and DODIIS.

Norris Arceneaux achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Pre-Med) from Prairie View A&M University. Later, they earned a Master's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland University College.

In terms of certifications, Norris has completed the following: ITIL Foundation from ITIL, Composite Risk Management Course from the US Army, Department of Defense Intelligence Information System Certification Course from the US Army, Information Assurance Fundamentals (IASO) from the US Army, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) from ISC2, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Certified COMSEC Inspector from the US Army, Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional Enterprise Administrator from Microsoft, and Security Plus from CompTIA.
