Rachel Gail Gascon-Poueu

Rachel Gail Gascon-Poueu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the banking industry. Rachel Gail began their career at Wells Fargo in 2007 as a Teller, and later transitioned to the role of Personal Banker, where they assisted with transactions and account issues for customers. Rachel Gail then became a Business Specialist, cross-selling products and services to small business owners. After leaving Wells Fargo in 2015, Rachel joined Travis Credit Union as a Financial Solutions Specialist, administering applications for various loans and building member relations. Rachel Gail also served as a Branch Supervisor, overseeing branch operations and leading the service team. In 2019, Rachel joined Redwood Credit Union as a Branch Service Manager, accountable for providing exceptional member service, improving member experience, and resolving escalated issues.

Rachel Gail Gascon-Poueu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Assumption College, San Lorenzo, in the years 2000 to 2004. Rachel Gail then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix-Northern California Campus, completing it from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal degrees, Rachel also obtained various certifications. In January 2021, they became a Notary Public through the California Secretary of State. Rachel further expanded their skill set through a series of project management certifications from Google, all of which were obtained in February 2022. These certifications include Agile Project Management, Applying Project Management in the Real World, Google Project Management Professional Certificate, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, and Foundations of Project Management.
