Charles Caldwell

Charles Caldwell has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Charles currently holds the role of SVP, Customer Success at Redwood Software since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at ElderTree Care Management, where they provided care management solutions for older adults in the Washington DC metro area from January 2022 to August 2022.

Previously, Charles held multiple roles at Logi Analytics, including Vice President of Product Management from May 2018 to January 2022, and Vice President of Customer Success from September 2009 to January 2022. At Logi Analytics, they played a key role in scaling the team, acquiring customers, and integrating operations. Charles also sold the company to a P/E firm and later to Insight Software.

Before Logi Analytics, Charles worked at Management Concepts as a Practice Lead for Analytics from May 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Decision Support Systems at PRA International, Inc from August 2002 to May 2007. At PRA International, they served as a trusted advisor and consultant, overseeing technical implementation and providing support for various systems.

Charles also has experience at Ranzal and Associates as a Supervising Consultant from August 2000 to August 2002, where they managed consultants and client relationships for BI projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Clorox from April 1999 to August 2000, developing financial and sales application systems.

Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, gaining experience in customer success, care management, product management, analytics, and consulting.

Charles Caldwell has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Small Business, Entrepreneurship & Decision Sciences from The George Washington University School of Business. Charles also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Transportation from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. In addition, Charles has obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
