Gordon Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various sectors, particularly in the cannabis and nutraceutical industries. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Coach at Redzone since September 2025, Gordon previously held leadership roles including Enterprise Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at FLUENT Cannabis, VP of Operations at Parallel, and General Manager at Copperstate Farms. With a solid foundation in manufacturing and operations management, Gordon has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex processes and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Gordon holds an MBA in Business Operations from Cleveland State University and a BA in Political Science/Sociology from John Carroll University.
