Jonathan Hassem Garcia Orona has over 17 years of experience in operational leadership in various industries. Jonathan Hassem has worked in roles such as OpEx Lead Coach/Consultant, Production Systems Coach/Consultant, and Global/Corporate Director of Operational Excellence. Jonathan Hassem has also held positions such as Associate Director and Sr. Technical Leader of Operational Excellence, Sr. Consultant for Business Transformation/Operational Excellence, Country Manager and Country Leader of Operational Excellence, and Value Stream/Engineering Manager. Jonathan has worked in companies such as QAD Redzone, Pacific World Corporation, B. Braun Medical Inc., Praxma Consulting, Medtronic, TTM Technologies, Viasystems Group Inc., CommScope, ADC Telecommunications Inc., and Holcim. Jonathan Hassem'sexperience includes driving process improvement initiatives, implementing operational excellence strategies, managing audits and inspections, developing and deploying corporate strategy processes, and leading change management efforts.

Jonathan Hassem Garcia Orona attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2005, they earned an ASTD e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from ASTD/Allen Interactions. In 2006, they completed the Maximizing the Power of Lean Seminar/Certificate offered by Norman Bodek/PCS Press and the Center for Business/Organizational Development - ITESM(CDJ). In 2007, they received the Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) Certificate Program from ADC Telecommunications (Now TE Connectivity)/H. B. Maynard and Company Inc. (Consulting), the ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor Certificate from ADC Telecommunications (Now TE Connectivity), and the Telecordia GR-326 CORE (Singlemode Optical Connectors and Jumper Assemblies) Training from ADC Telecommunications (Now TE Connectivity). In 2008, they earned the TL9000 Internal Auditor Certificate from ADC and the Six Sigma Black Belt from ISSSP.

Jonathan has also obtained Lean Six Sigma certifications. Jonathan Hassem became a Lean/Kaizen Leader in 2011 through Medtronic and achieved Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt status in 2012 from Medtronic.

Lastly, in 2005, they completed the Cement & Cement Aggregates Manufacturing Seminar/Certificate from Holcim, Inc. (US).
