Rachel Antonio

Rachel Antonio has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Rachel started their career as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery in 2013. Later, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2012 and as an HR & Business Affairs Assistant at Comedy Works from 2014 to 2015.

In 2013, Rachel joined L&A Social Media as a Freelance Photographer and later took on roles as a Community Manager and a Social Media Executive.

From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Sugarfina USA LLC, where they started as a People & Culture Coordinator and later became a Recruitment Manager and a Sr. Manager of People & Culture.

Rachel then moved to Rent The Runway in 2020, where they held various HR roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Director of HRBP & People Operations.

Currently, Rachel works at QAD Redzone as the Director of People since June 2023.

Rachel Antonio attended Cherry Creek High School from 2005 to 2009. Rachel did not receive any specific degree or field of study from this institution. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
