Liz Spranger Vieira

Liz Spranger Vieira, CPC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Liz started their career as an HR Representative at Jordan's Furniture in 2000 and later joined MFS Investment Management as an Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Diversity Manager in 2007. After that, they worked at Reebok as a Director of Human Resources for six years from 2013 to 2019. Liz then moved on to Samsonite, where they served as a Senior Director of Human Resources from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Liz is the Sr. Director of Human Resources at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since 2021. In 2023, they will be starting a new role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Reebok. With a focus on HR leadership roles, Liz has demonstrated their expertise and dedication to managing human resources functions within various organizations.

Liz Spranger Vieira, CPC holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bridgewater State University. Liz further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science degree in the same field from the University of Hartford. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also received certifications such as the Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, the Hogan Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems, and the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
