Jessika Mayer is an experienced real estate professional with a comprehensive background in training and brokerage management. Jessika's prior roles include Manager of Professional Development at Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate, where training programs and a training guidebook were developed for new agents. With over two decades in the industry, Jessika has successfully managed sales teams and implemented effective marketing strategies, achieving significant sales milestones throughout various positions at reputable firms.
