Paul Gronke is the Founder and Director of the Elections & Voting Information Center, a role held since January 2004. Gronke has served as a Professor of Political Science at Reed College since 2001, having previously taught at Duke University, with expertise in elections, election reform, public opinion, legislative studies, and social science methodology. Gronke is a consultant specializing in political data and survey analysis, providing strategic advice and expert witness services on voting rights and related issues. Additional roles include Co-Editor for PS: Political Science And Politics from 2014 to 2020, Editor for the Election Law Journal from 2008 to 2016, and as Daniel B. German Visiting Professor at Appalachian State University during the 2014-2015 academic year. Gronke’s educational credentials include a PhD in Political Science from the University of Michigan, an MA in European Politics from the University of Essex, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
