Debra Lawless

Debra Lawless has a strong background in operations and HR management. Debra currently holds the position of Executive Director of Operations at TTEC since July 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of HR Operations at ReedGroup from September 2016. At ReedGroup, they were responsible for managing and growing their largest client. Before that, Debra worked as a Global Account Director at Convergys from March 2014 to August 2016, where they delivered consistent customer experiences and partnered with clients to improve customer loyalty.
