Niel Swart has extensive work experience in security and operations management roles. Niel started their career in 2007 as a PSD Team Member at EOD Technology and then joined Sallyport Global in 2008 in the same role. In 2010, they worked as a PSD Team 2IC / Medic at Stonehouse Security, Hart Security, and Janus Security Iraq, JSI. Niel also worked as a Close Protection Team Leader at Stonehouse Security in the same year. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a PSD Team Leader / Medic at Falcon Security, Iraq. In 2011, they became a Senior Team Leader / Medic at Erinys. Niel then joined Aegis in 2012 and worked as a Team Leader / Medic until 2016. In 2017, they joined Janus Global Operations LLC as a Team Leader / Medic. Niel is currently working at Reed Inc. as an Operations Manager / Site Security Manager since June 2019.
