Danielle Carbone

Danielle Carbone began their work experience in 1988 as a Partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP, specializing in Capital Markets practice. From 2000 to 2002, they practiced in the firm's San Francisco and Menlo Park offices. Danielle joined Shearman & Sterling after completing law school. In 2015, Carbone moved to Reed Smith LLP, where they currently hold the position of Partner and Head of the Capital Markets Practice.

Danielle Carbone completed their Bachelor's Degree in English from Boston College in the years 1979-1983. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the American University Washington College of Law from 1985-1988.
