James T. Metzger

James T. Metzger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James T. is currently working at Reed Smith LLP as the Global CFO. Prior to this, they held executive positions at Lee Hecht Harrison, Focal Point Data Risk, and Tax Defense Network, LLC. James T. also served as the CFO and SVP at Astadia - Where Enterprise Meets Cloud, SVP and Chief Financial Officer at TransCare, and CFO and SVP at TM Forum. Earlier in their career, they worked at EY and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in finance-related roles. James has a strong background in finance and business operations.

James T. Metzger has an extensive education history. James T. holds a Juris Masters degree from the Florida State University College of Law, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they focused on Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Business Risk Management, and Compliance.

In 2006 to 2008, Metzger pursued a TRIUM Global Executive MBA, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business & Finance. James T. also attended the New York University, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and HEC Paris during the same period, earning additional MBAs with a focus on Finance & International Business.

Metzger further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a professional certificate in Accounting from New York University in 2005 to 2006.

In 2008, they attended The Wharton School for an Advanced Management Program, concentrating on CFO - Finance & Strategy.

James T.'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Baldwin Wallace University, where they studied Mathematics & History Education from 1993 to 1996.

Additionally, Metzger has obtained a certification as a Jacksonville Advisory Board Member from The CFO Leadership Council in May 2023.
