Siobhan Hayes

Siobhan Hayes is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel Risk EMEA and Director of Knowledge Management at Reed Smith LLP since December 2021. In this capacity, Siobhan oversees the practice group's adherence to legal updates, conducts training, and manages the precedent document collection to meet client and market needs, while also assisting Knowledge Chief Lucy Dillon with the management of Knowledge Management Lawyers and global meetings. Prior experience at Reed Smith includes a role as Counsel focused on real estate development and investment from June 2007 to December 2016, as well as serving as a professional support lawyer in real estate.
