Becky Hole

Becky Hole is an experienced Regional Director at Reed, having been with the company since October 2004. In this role, Becky manages teams across Cardiff, Cheltenham, Swindon, Exeter, and Plymouth, focusing on business development and financial performance. Previous positions include Regional Managing Director on secondment, where Becky led recruitment teams in the South West & Wales during the COVID-19 pandemic, and roles as Regional Director and Senior Regional Manager, responsible for extensive office networks and strategic direction in the region. Before Reed, Becky worked as an Account Manager at CFL Computer Systems Limited, handling key accounts and business development in South Wales. Becky Hole holds a BA Hons degree in Design Futures from the University of South Wales.
