Joe Carlile

Joe Carlile is the Director of Information Technology at REEDS SPRING R-IV SCHOOL DISTRICT since January 2024, with extensive experience in logistics and management from the Missouri National Guard, where roles included Logistics Officer, Chief of Staff for the Homeland Response Force, Administrative Officer, and Logistics Operations Manager. Recognized nationally for excellence in management, Joe supervised teams of soldiers and technicians, handled multi-million dollar budgets, and led strategic planning for nuclear threat mitigation. Previous positions include Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at McLane Company, Inc. and Project Manager at Fbn Metal Products Inc. Joe's educational background includes a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Space Infrastructure Development, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a high school diploma from Southwest High School.
