Tom Woodruff

Tom Woodruff is COO of Reedy Industries with P&L responsibility across all divisions. A proven leader with 20 years of experience in the building systems and energy services market, Tom is responsible for management of operational, commercial, and financial performance of the company. He assists in the company’s “buy and build” strategy, especially through successful integration of acquisitions.

Prior to joining Reedy in early 2021, Tom was senior vice president at ABM Industries, where he had P&L responsibility for 16 branch locations in the eastern US for ABM’s mechanical and energy services business, accounting for over $200M in annual revenue. Previously, he was a general manager at Honeywell International, managing two of the company’s energy and environmental solutions businesses.

Tom’s leadership skills and experience in finance, sales, M&A, and change management have helped him drive consistent, above-market performance. His ability to create and drive strategies that lead to growth, high-achieving teams, and outstanding customer experiences will play an important part of shaping the future of the company. Tom earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and holds certifications for Six Sigma and management accounting.
