Phil's extensive experience also includes roles such as Operations Manager at BLAK, Senior Director of Operations at La Jolla Group LLC, and Director of Operations at Quiksilver/DC Shoes, where innovative strategies and global distribution initiatives were executed successfully. Phil's career began as a Sales Operations Manager at Reebok Australia, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations and supply chain management, complemented by formal education from NSW Business College.
