OVERVIEW:
Serve as a primary point of contact for brand partners, providing timely and personalized support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to the brand and its offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations and deliver a seamless brand experience at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all customer-facing channels.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement, and proactively share insights with relevant teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, such as loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and personalized communications.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences and market trends, contributing to brand positioning and strategy.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics, retention rates, and brand performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Provide documentation support for relevant procedures, and initiatives for the business - to include:
