Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our growth strategies are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping to streamline processes, analyze data, and implement systems that support the scaling of our growth efforts. What You’ll Do

• Operational Support: Optimize and manage the day-to-day operations related to growth initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across marketing, operations, and product teams.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in growth operations and propose solutions to improve workflow and collaboration.

• Data Management: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing growth-related data to provide actionable insights that drive strategy.

• Automation: Work with internal teams to implement automation tools and processes that enhance productivity and scalability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and operational excellence.

• CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and customer segmentation for growth initiatives.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key growth metrics and areas for improvement.

• Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing budgets related to growth operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

• Experimentation: Support A/B testing and growth experiments by ensuring processes are in place for quick iteration and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, growth, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Operational Expertise: Familiarity with operational tools and processes, including CRM systems, project management software, and marketing automation tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a quick learner of new tools and platforms.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS, B2B growth operations, or urban tech industries is a plus.
