Miguel Casares

Miguel Casares has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Miguel began their career as an intern at Oxy in 2009. Miguel then moved on to Itau BBA, where they held positions as an Investment Banking Trainee, Analyst, and Associate from 2011 to 2015. Miguel joined McKinsey & Company in 2017 and worked as an Associate, PE and Principal Investors EMEA Practice Manager, and Engagement Manager until 2021. Currently, they are employed at REEF, where they started as the Chief Of Staff - EU Operations and is now the Head of EU Operations as of November 2022.

Miguel Casares has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from London Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they briefly attended Babson College, and in their earlier education, they completed the National Baccalaureate Bilingual program at St George's College, Argentina, from 1993 to 2004.
