Carles Salvany

Carles Salvany is a highly experienced Lead Animator at Reel FX since August 2018, contributing to notable projects such as "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants" and "Scoob!: Holiday Haunt." Additionally, Carles serves as a Mentor/Tutor at Animum Creativity Advanced School and participates in the QFTC's mentoring program for animation students in Quebec. Previous positions include Senior Animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks on "Smallfoot" and Lead Animator at Mikros Image Canada for "Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero." Carles has extensive experience in animation, having worked on various films and projects at leading animation studios, including Sony Pictures Imageworks and One Animation. Carles holds a Master's degree in Videogame Creation from UPF-IDEC and a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, along with additional education in Film Studies from Stockholm University.
