Jon G.

Jon G. has a strong and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jon currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Reel Safety, Security, and Sustainability, where they provide health, safety, and security advisory services to the film and entertainment industry. Prior to this, Jon was the Group Head of Business Resilience at Close Brothers, where they held group responsibility for operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.

Before joining Close Brothers, Jon held various roles at Invesco Ltd. Jon served as the Global Director of Business Security and Resilience, leading and representing global security in the EMEA region and overseeing corporate security, cyber security, and business continuity. Jon also led the global cyber incident response team at Invesco.

Earlier in their career, Jon owned The Henley Bridge School and worked as an Internal Consultant in Security and Risk Management at the UK Ministry of Defence. Jon also owned The Lease Option Company and worked as an Investment Analyst in Equity Research (Real Estate) at UBS Investment Bank.
